The dues and rules relating to submission of applications
for membership are as follows:
1. APPLICATION /SIGNATURES
Membership is by application. The application submitted to the Stamford Board
of Realtors also includes membership (where applicable) of the National
Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and Connecticut Association of REALTORS® (CAR).
The signature of the real estate broker/manager of the REALTOR ® firm
sponsoring you and your signature are required for membership.
2. DUES & FEES
The full dues and fees must accompany all applications. You may pay by credit
card, check, cash or money order. Your membership dues will be
payable each year on January 1. There is a one time
application fee for new members of $200 (Realtor) & $50 (Affiliate). Dues
are prorated from the date of application until December 31st of
each year as follows:
